<br />14. To exercise any powers and any duties vested in
<br />me, whether solely or jointly, with any other or others as
<br />personal representative, administrator, or trustee or in any
<br />other fiduciary capacity, so far as such power of duty is
<br />capable of being validly delegated.
<br />15. For all or any of the purpose of these presents to
<br />enter into and sign, seal, execute, acknowledge and deliver
<br />any contracts, deeds or other instruments whatsoever, and to
<br />draw, accept, make, endorse, discount or otherwise deal with
<br />any bills of exchange, checks, promissory notes or other
<br />commercial or mercantile instruments.
<br />16. To pay every month such sums as necessary to meet
<br />my ordinary household expenses, and also in the discretion
<br />of my attorney to pay such charitable subscriptions as I
<br />have been in the habit of paying (and to make such other
<br />payments by way of charity as in the circumstances my attorney
<br />shall think that I would make if I were present.)
<br />17. In general to do all other acts, deeds, matters,
<br />and things whatsoever in or about my estate, property, and
<br />affairs, or to concur with persons jointly interested with
<br />myself therein in doing all acts, deeds, matters and things
<br />herein, either particularly or generally described, as fully
<br />and effectually to all intents and purposes as I could do in
<br />my own proper person if personally present.
<br />18. I, the said Mabel M. Strohbehn, hereby promise at
<br />all times to ratify and confirm all and whatsoever my attorney,
<br />Alyce F. Frahm, shall lawfully do or cause to be done in and
<br />about the premises by virtue of these presents, including
<br />anything which shall be done between the revocation of these
<br />presents by my death or in any other manner and notice of
<br />such revocation reaching my attorney; and I hereby declare
<br />that as against me and all persons claiming under me everything
<br />which my attorney shall do or cause to be done in pursuance
<br />hereof after such revocation as aforesaid shall be valid and
<br />effectual in favor of any person claiming the benefit thereof
<br />who before the doing thereof shall not have had notice of
<br />such revocation.
<br />19. Pursuant to the provisions of Sections 30 -2662 and
<br />30 -2663, R.R.S., 1974, I declare that this power of attorney
<br />shall becone effective upon my disability or incapacity, but
<br />not until then, and that the authority granted herein shall
<br />continue during any period while I am disabled or incapacitated.
<br />Further, pursuant to said Sections, all such authority shall
<br />continue after my death, until notice of such death shall
<br />have been received by my attorney so that my attorney has
<br />actual knowledge of the fact that I have died. Any action
<br />taken in good faith by said attorney during any period while
<br />it is uncertain whether I am alive, before said attorney
<br />receives actual knowledge of my death, or, in any event,
<br />taken during the period while I aw disabled or incapacitated,
<br />shall be as valid as if I were alive, competent, and not
<br />disabled.
<br />20. Any third person may rely upon the original hereof
<br />or upon any copy hereof which is certified by my said
<br />attorney to be a true copy to the same force and effect as
<br />if they had received a signed original.
