<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />That in consideration of ONE HUNDRED TWO THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED
<br />DOLLARS ($102,500.00), the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
<br />THOMAS E. NEVRIVY and JANE B. NEVRIVY, husband and wife, do grant,
<br />sell, transfer and deliver unto JOSEPH A. SONNELAND and SARA W.
<br />SONNELAND, husband and wife, as joint tenants not tenants in common,
<br />their heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, the following
<br />goods and chattels, viz:
<br />Dwelling house and all improvements located on
<br />Lots One (1), Two (2), and Three (3) on the West side
<br />of the West portion of Kuester Lake, in a part of the
<br />East Half of the Southwest Quarter (E�SW;) of Section
<br />Thirteen (13), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine
<br />(9) West of the 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />having a lake front footage of 155 Feet, and bordered
<br />on the Northerly side of said lots and on the Easterly
<br />side of said Lot 1 by a common road, as shown on a
<br />plat in the possession of Kuester Lake, Inc.; and now
<br />more particularly described as follows: With reference
<br />to the center of said Section 13, thence running on an
<br />assumed bearing of N 90000'00" w on the North line of
<br />said NE;SW; a distance of 699.12 feet; thence running
<br />S 01021'33" E a distance of 39.24 feet; thence running
<br />S 84049'41" W a distance of 49.45 feet to the ACTUAL
<br />POINT OF BEGINNING; thence continuing S 84049'41" W
<br />a distance of 183.56 feet; thence S 14034'02" E a dis-
<br />tance of 118.93 feet; thence N 89058'27" E a distance
<br />of 59.82 feet; thence S 74014'13" E a distance of 91.35
<br />feet; thence N 01053'35" E a distance of 156.53 feet to
<br />the POINT OF BEGINNING; said tract containing 21,645
<br />square feet, more or less,
<br />together with Assignment of Lease to said property, which
<br />Lease is dated December 13, 1983, between KUESTER LAKE,
<br />INC. as Lessor and THOMAS E. NEVRIVY and JANE B. NEVRIVY
<br />as Lessees, and
<br />Stock Certificate No. 124 for 465 shares of the common
<br />stock of Kuester Lake, Inc.
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, All and singular, the said goods and
<br />chattels, forever; and the said grantors hereby covenant with the
<br />said grantees, that they are the lawful owners of said goods and
<br />chattels; that they are free from all encumbrances; that they have
<br />good right to sell the same as aforesaid and that they will war-
<br />rant and defend the same against the lawful claims and demands of
<br />all persons whomsoever.
