<br />duly sworn on his oath, deposes and says:
<br />1. He resides at 1808 South Locust Street in Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska.
<br />2. He was the husband of Eugenia Zlcirke who died on January 11,
<br />1986, leaving her surviving as her sole heirs -at -law the following persons:
<br />Otto F. Zlemke, her husband and this Affiant; Dick Howard Zlomke, son; and
<br />Clarence Dean Zlomke, son.
<br />3. No proceedings for probate of the Will of the decedent has been
<br />commenced and none is contenplated. All assets in which the decedent had an
<br />interest at the time of her death were owned by her in joint tenancy with
<br />her surviving spouse, this Affiant, Otto F. Zlarake, sometimes known as Otto
<br />F. Zlcmke, Jr.
<br />4. Among the jointly owned assets of the decedent were the following
<br />two tracts of real estate:
<br />The Westerly Twenty -two (22) Feet of Lot Seven (7),
<br />in Block Fifty -eight (58), in the Original Town, now
<br />City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, and
<br />commonly known as 412 West Third Street, Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska; and
<br />Part of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter
<br />(SE,�'SF}4) of Section Twenty -one (21) , Township Eleven
<br />(11) Range Nine (9), West of the 6th P.M., in Grain
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly des-
<br />cribed as follows: Beginning at the Southeast corner
<br />of Block Sixteen (16) of Pleasant name Subdivsion,
<br />running thrice South along the West boundary line of the
<br />County road a distance of 8401-, feet to a point, the real
<br />place of beginning; thence turning a right angle and
<br />running West for a distance of 132 feot; thence turning
<br />a right angle and running South for a distance of 66
<br />feet; thence turning a right angle and running East
<br />for a distance of 132 feet; thence turning a right
<br />angle and running North along the West boundary line
<br />of the County Road For a distance of 66 feet to the
<br />point, the real place of beginning, and being a rec-
<br />tangular tract in the Southeast corner of the tract
<br />conveyed to Otto F. Zlonke by Warranty Deed dated
<br />January 9, 1918, from William Vortman and wife, re-
<br />corded in Book 56 of Deeds, page 82, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, after deducting that part lying in the
<br />County Road.
<br />5. Inasuich as all of the assets, real estate and personal property,
<br />in which the decedent had an interest passed to this Affiant, her surviving
<br />spouse, as surviving joint tenant, there is no Nebraska Inheritance Tax due
<br />or owing herein. The total value of taxable assets in which the decedent had
<br />an interest did not equal or exceed $500,000; thus, no Federal Estate Tax
<br />Return is required and no such tax is owing hpre�
