KROEGER, being first duly sworn, deposes and <br />states those acts of which she has personal knowledge as set <br />forth hereinbelow: <br />1. On September 10, 1986, George A. Kroeger died a resi- <br />dent of Hall. County, Nebraska. <br />2. As of the date of the death of said George A. Kroeger, <br />Affiant was legally married to George A. Kroeger and was a <br />resident of Hall County, Nebraska. <br />3. Affiant is the surviving joint tenant in that certain <br />Suzvivorship Warranty Deed dated April 27, 1977, and recorded on <br />May 5, 1977, as Document No. 77- 002412, of the deed records of <br />Hall County, Nebraska, pertainina to the following - described real <br />estate, to -wit: <br />Lot One (1) , in Block Two (2), in Dickey <br />Third Subdivision, a Resubdivision of all of <br />Blocks Two (2) and Three (3), Dickey Subdivi- <br />sion, and all of Blocks One (1) and Two (2), <br />Dickey Second Subdivision of the City of <br />Grand island, Hail County, Nebraska; <br />and in that certain Joint Tenancy Warranty Deed dated November 19, <br />1962, and recorded on November 19, 1962, in Book 140 of Deeds at <br />Page 388, of the Deed Records of Hall County, Nebraska, pertaining <br />to the following - described real estate, to -wit: <br />The North Half of the Northwest Quarter <br />(NJNW }) of Section Nine (9) in Township <br />Eleven (11) North, Range Eleven (11) West of <br />the 6th P.M., Ball County, Nebraska. <br />4. Affiant is the surviving spouse of George A. Kroeger <br />and all property owned by said George A. Kroeger was held in <br />joint tenancy with the Affiant. <br />5. The deceased, George A. Kroeger, did not during his <br />lifetime convey any property in trust or otherwise in contempla- <br />tion of death or intended to take effect in possession or enjoy - <br />rcent after death, and neither Affiant nor any other person became <br />
