<br />and Wife, whether one or more, herein called the Mortgagor, and THE OVERLAND NATIONAL.
<br />BANK OF GRAND ISLAND, Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, herein called the Mortgagee,
<br />hereby agree as follows:
<br />I. Mortgagor has executed and delivered to Mortgagee first real estate mortgages
<br />dated November 12, 1981, and each recorded on November 13, 1981 as Document "lumbers
<br />81- 005697 and 81- 005696-in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />in consideration of a certain note for $800,000.00, a valid subsisting obligation of
<br />the Mortgagor, and payment of the remainder of the principal and accrued interest
<br />thereon shall be due according to the terms nf the aforementioned real estate mortgages,
<br />modified and payable in the following manner:
<br />A note dated November 12, 1981, on which a principal
<br />balance of $7x33,305.19 rettrsirrs unpaid, will ire repaid in
<br />monthly payments of $7,500.00, applied first to interest
<br />and balance to principal, beginning on October 4, 1986,
<br />tnu: or. the 4Lh day of each month thereafter, until April
<br />4, 1987, at which time the entire principal balance plus
<br />all accrued interest will be fully due and payable.
<br />2. All other terms and conditions contained in the original first real estate
<br />mortgages dated November 12, I981, shall remain the same, and this Niodification Agree-
<br />ment is made a part of the original first real estate mortgages by reference and shall
<br />inure to all Successors and assigns and their heirs.
