<br />SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, hereinafter referred to as "Beneficiary,"
<br />whose mailing address is 221 South Locust Street, P. 0. Box 1009, Grand Isiard, Nebraska

<br />For valuable consideration., Trustor irrevocably grants, transfers, conveys and
<br />assigns to Trustee, in trust, with power of sale, for the benefit and security of Bene-
<br />ficiary, under and subject to the terms and conditions of this Deed of Trust, the fol-
<br />lowing described property, located in HALL County, Nebraska, to -wit.:
<br />LOTS ONE (1), TWO (2), FOUR (4)9 FIVE (S), AND SIX (6), OF PIER PARK SUBDIVISION OF
<br />PART OF BLOCK ELEVEN (11) KOEHLER SUBDIVISION, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.

<br />easements, rignts, privileges and appurterances located thereon or in any way pertaining
<br />tneretc, and the rents, issues, profits, reversions and the remainders thereof, irclud-
<br />irq all such personal property that is attached to the improvements so as to constitute
<br />a fixture, all of which, including replacements and additions thereto, are hereby de-
<br />clared to be a part of the real estate conveyed it trust hereby, it being agreed that
<br />ail of the foregoirg shall be hereinafter referred to as the "Property."
<br />FOR THE PURPOSE Of SECURING:
<br />(a) the payment of irdebtedres; evidenced by Truster's note of ever, date herewith

<br />erce is hereby made a part. hereof. The holder hereof shall have the option to
<br />accelerate the maturity of the rote for which this mortgage is giver as security,
