Mortgagee in the certain Mortgage Deed, here- <br />inafter described, do hereby certify that the said Mortgage Deed, <br />which is dated the 20th day of December, 1968, made and executed by <br />Home Trade Corp, as Party of the First Part, to Roy Rasmussen and <br />Thelma Rasmussen, husband and wife, as joint tenants and not as <br />tenants in common, with right of survivorship, as Party of the <br />Second Part, and recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds <br />of Hall County, Nebraska, in Book 147, at Page 462, of the records <br />of said office, is, as to so much of the property herein described, <br />to -wit: <br />Lot Five O), woodland First Subdivision, an <br />Addition to the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, <br />fully paid, satisfied , released and discharged.
