86- 105441 <br />ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF POWER OF SALE <br />The undersigned, being first duly sworn upon oath, state and <br />depose as follows: <br />1. That the undersigned are becoming indebted to Myron R. <br />Pierce and Doris E. Pierce, or the survivor of them, pursuant to <br />a promissory note to be executed to them and as security for the <br />payment of such obligation, the undersigned will execute and <br />deliver a deed of trust with reference to the following- described <br />property, to -wit: <br />Lot Seven (7) in Block Two (2) in Spaulding and Gregg's <br />Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska, <br />to Myron R. Pierce and Doris E. Pierce, husband and wife, as <br />joint tenants and not as tenants in common. <br />2.
