96- 145656 <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA ) <br />) ss. A F F I D A V I T <br />COUNTY OF HALL 1 <br />DALE H. STITES,being first duly sworn on his oath, de- <br />poses and says as follows: <br />1. He resides at 508 West. 15th Street, in Grand Island, <br />Hall County, Nebraska. <br />2. That he was the husband of Helen M. Stites who died <br />on the 23rd day of January, 1986, in Omaha, Douglas County, <br />Nebraska. That at the time of her death, Helen M. Stites was <br />a resident of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, and resided <br />with this Affiant. <br />3. No proceedings for administration of the estate of <br />such decedent has been commenced and none is contemplated. The <br />only property in which the decedent had any interest at the time <br />of her death was property awned by her in joint tenancy with her <br />husband, this Affiant, and including the following- described <br />real estate: <br />A. Lot Nine (9) in Block Three (3) in Park <br />Place Addition to the City of Grand Island, <br />Hall County, Nebraska; and <br />B. Unit No. 13, Block No. 54, Lot 22, as <br />designated on the Map of Rio Rancho <br />Estates filed in the Office of the <br />County Clerk of Sandoval County, New <br />Mexico, in Rio Rancho Estates Plat <br />Book No. 1, page 49; April 22, 1963. <br />4. The taxable assets of the decedent for Federal Estate <br />Tax purposes did not exceed $500,000; all jointly owned assets <br />of the decedent passed, by joint tenancy, to her spouse, Dale H. <br />Stites, this Affiant, and was therefore exempt from any Nebraska <br />Inheritance Tax. <br />DATED this 22nd day of September, 1986. <br />DALE H.
