<br />PHILIP M. MARTIN, SR. AND JEANNINE M. MARTIN, HUSBAND AND WIFE, whether one or
<br />more, herein called the Trastor, and Arend Baack, Attorney at Law, hereinafter, referred
<br />to as Trustee, and The Overland National. Bank of Grand Island, Grand Island, Nebraska,
<br />hereinafter referred to as Beneficiary, hereby agree as follows:
<br />1. Trustor has executed and delivered to Trustee a Deed of Trust dated April
<br />15, 1986, and recorded on April. 24, 1986, as Document No. 86- 101977 in the offices: of
<br />the .Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, and a Deed of Trust dated August 2,
<br />1985; and recorded on August 5, 1985, as Document # 85- 003732 in the office of the
<br />Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, in consideration of a certain Deed of 11-cpst
<br />note for $26,000.00, a valid subsisting obligation of the Truster, and pat of
<br />the remainder of the principal and accrued interest thereon shall be due acoarding.'
<br />to the terms of the aforementioned Deeds of Trust, modified and payable in' the:
<br />following manner:
<br />A Deed of Trust Vote dated April 15, 19$6, on which a: principal
<br />balance of $25,235.88 now remains unpaid, will, be repaid in
<br />monthly installments of $674.73 as originally stated on said
<br />Deed of Trust Note with the following amendments:
<br />a.) The September 3, 19% monthly installment in the
<br />amount of $574 -73 will be extended to June .1, 1991_
<br />b.) The maturity of the Deed. of Trust Note will be
<br />June 1, 1991:
<br />c.) Regular monthly installments of $574.73 will resume
<br />on October 1, 19M.
<br />2. All other terms and conditions contained in the original ids of Trust
<br />dated April 15, 1986 and August 5, 1985, shall remain the same, and this Modification
<br />Agreement is made a part of the original Deeds of Trust by reference and shall inure
<br />to all successors and assigns and their heirs.
