Robison, husband <br />and wife, as.joint tenants and not as tenants in common,..are the <br />owners of that real estate in Hall County, Nebraska, described as <br />follows: <br />Lots Twenty -two (22) and Twenty -three (23), Whites Sunny <br />Slopes Subdivision, part of the Northwest Quarter (NW}) of <br />Section Twelve (12), Township Nine (9) North, Range Ten (10) <br />West of the 6th P.M.; <br />WHEREAS, Mylus E. Robison and Constance M. Robison executed <br />in installment sales contract.and mortgage in favor of Federal <br />Diversified Services, Inc., which contract and mortgage was <br />recorded as Document. No. 85- 002430 in the Office of the Register <br />of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, with reference to such real <br />estate; <br />WHEREAS, Equitable Building and Loan Association of Grand <br />Island, Nebraska, is contemplating making a loan to Mylus E. <br />Robison and Constance M. Robison, husband and wife, in the amount <br />of $58,400.00 and obtaining.a mortgage from them on such property <br />to secure such loan and Equitable Building and Loan Association <br />of Grand Island insists upon a first lien against such property <br />and has requested that Federal Diversified Services, Inc., <br />subordinate its lien on such property recorded as Document No. <br />85- 002930 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, <br />Nebraska, to the mortgage lien to be filed in favor of Equitable <br />Building and Loan Association of Grand Island, Nebraska, in the <br />amount of Fifty -Eight Thousand Four Hundred and No /100 Dollars <br />($58;400.00) before such.loan is completed. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and to <br />induce Equitable Building and Loan Association of Grand Island, <br />Nebraska, to make such loan, Federal Diversified Services, Inc.., <br />hereby, and by these presents, does subordinate the lien in its <br />favor as recorded as Document No. 85- 002430 in the Office of the <br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, to the lien in favor <br />of Equitable Building and Loan association of Grand Island, <br />Nebraska, with reference to that property described as follows: <br />J <br />
