On July 14, 1986 this matter came on for trial upon the <br />Petition for Dissolution of Marriage_ Petitioner was present <br />with attorney Kent Schroeder. Respondent was present with <br />attorney James Livingston. Evidence was presented and the Court <br />took the matter under advisement. <br />On this 28th day of August, 1985 upon consideration of the <br />evidence the Court finds that the Court has jurisdiction of the <br />parties and of the subject matter of this action; the parties were <br />married in Cozad, Nebraska on October 19, 1963; there are four <br />q <br />children of the marriage of whom two are minor and dependent: <br />Steven Charles Callahan born Oct ober 31, 1970 and Sara Lynn Callahan <br />born January 16, 1972; the marriage is irretrievably broken and <br />q.. <br />every reasonable effort has been made for reconciliation; the <br />marriage should be dissolved, custody awarded, child support orderer, <br />property divided, debts allocated, alimony awarded and costs and <br />attorney fees assessed. <br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the marriag= <br />of Diana glary Callahan and Raymond Edward Callahan is dissolved, <br />provided the dissolution shall not be final until six months from <br />this date except for the purposes of appeal. <br />IT 1S FURTHER ORDERED that the Petitioner is awarded custody o= <br />Sara Lynn Callahan and the Respondent awarded custody of Steven <br />Charles Callahan, each subject to reasonable visitation by the oche- <br />parent and the Respondent is ordered to pay as child support for <br />IN <br />
