TRUSTEE'S DEED ap" 1 V!72 If I <br />FIRSTIFR BANK OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, successor in interest to <br />Commercial National Bank and Trust Company, Trustee of the Miller Manufacturing <br />Industrial Development Bond Issue, Grantor, in consideration of Four Hundred' <br />Fifty Thousand Dollars ($450,000.00) received from Grantee, MORRISON -QUIRK GRAIN <br />CORPORATION, a Nebraska corporation, conveys to Grantee the following described <br />real estate (as defined in Web. Rev.
