<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />THAT CREATIVE FINANCING, INC., a Nebraska corporation, having its principal
<br />office at 444 Regency Parkway Drive Omaha, Nebraska 66114, hereinafter called
<br />'Assignor ", for and in consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) and other good
<br />and valuable consideration to it in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby
<br />acknowledged, does hereby grant, sell, assign, transfer, set over, and convey unto
<br />Indiana Mortgage Corporation •, having its principal, office at - 151 N. Delaware St., Suite M-960,
<br />Indianapolis, IN. 45266 hereinafter called"Assignee ", its successors and assigns, all Assignor's
<br />right, 'title and interest in and to those certain Mortgages/Deeds of Trust covering
<br />property situated in Hall County , Nebraska whi", are set out and de-
<br />scribed in Exhibit "A ", attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference,
<br />" together with Notes, Debts, Liens, and all cl-aims secured pt' *Aid.iortgages/Deed of
<br />Trust and the covenants contained in said Mortgages/Deedw :of:Trust, and Assignor
<br />hereby covenants, promises and agrees that it i.s the legal and equitable owner of
<br />said Mortgages/Deeds of Trust and Notes with full power to assign and sell the same.
<br />TO fim& AND TO HOZD the same unto the Assignee, its successors and assigns,
<br />forever but without' recourse on the Assignor, and Assignor has affixed its Corporate
<br />Seal this 2 day September 1986

<br />deed, and as the free and voluntary act and deed of said corporation, for the uses
<br />and purposes, and consideration therein set forth.
