<br />Hall County, Nebraska, containing 158_5 acres, more or
<br />less, after excluding a tract owned by School District
<br />6 located in the Northeast corner of the described
<br />property, subject to the unpaid balance of a Real
<br />Estate Mortgage to Robert L. Boeka in the original sum
<br />of $200,000.00, recorded March 1, 1979 as Document No.
<br />79- 001093 in the Register of Deeds office of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, and further subject to a Real Estate
<br />Mortgage to Grand islano Trust company Gated September'
<br />1986, in the original amount of $1.61,000.00.

<br />A tract of land comprising all of that part of the
<br />West Half (Wh) of Section Twenty -Mine (29), Township
<br />Ten (10). North, Range Ter. (10) West of the 6th P.M.,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, lying North of the Interstate
<br />Highway and more particularly described as follows:
<br />Beginning at the Northwest corner of said West Half
<br />(Wh); thence running East along the North line of said
<br />Wh a distance of Two Thousand Six Hundred Forty- -One

<br />The intention being to convey hereby an absolute title in
<br />fee simple, including all rights of homestead and dower.
