<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That we, RONALD H. SPIEHS
<br />and JEAN ANN SPIEHS, husband and wife, of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, in consideration of the sum of ONE HUNDRr=
<br />SIXTY --ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($161,000.00), in hand paid, do
<br />hereby sell and convey unto GRAND ISLAND TRUST COMPANY, the
<br />following described properties:
<br />The North Half of the Northeast Quarter (NhNEJ) and
<br />the Southwest. Quarter of the Northeast Quarter
<br />(SWANS#) and the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest
<br />Quarter (NEkNWk), all Section Nineteen (19), Township
<br />Ten (10) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M.,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, containing 158.5 acres, more or
<br />less, after excluding a tract owned by School District
<br />6 located in the Northeast corner of the described
<br />property, subject to the unpaid balance of a Real,
<br />Estate Mortgage to Ro t L. Boeka in the original sum
<br />of $200,000.00, recorded March 1, 1979 as Document No.
<br />79- 001093 in the Register of Deeds office of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska,
<br />AND
<br />A tract of land comprising all of that part of the
<br />West Half (Wh) of Section Twenty -Nine (29), Township,
<br />Ten (10) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M.,
<br />Hail County, Nebraska, lying North of the Interstate
<br />Highway and more particularly described as follows:
<br />Beginning at the Northwest corner of said west Half
<br />(Wh); thence running :East along the North line of said,
<br />a distance of Two Thousand Six Hundred Forty-One
<br />and Six Tenths (2,641.6) feet to the Northeast corner
<br />of said Wlkj; thence running South along the East line
<br />of said Wk a distance of Three Thousand One Hundeed
<br />Sixty -Eight and Four Tenths (3,168.4) feet to a point
<br />on the Northerly right -of -way line of the Interstate
<br />Highway; thence running Southwesterly along said
<br />right -of -way line a distance of Two Thousand Eight
<br />Hundred Nineteen and Six Tenths (2,819.6) feet to a
<br />point on the West line of said Wl�; thence running
<br />North along the West line of said W� a distance of
<br />Pour Thousand One Hundred .Twenty -Two and Seven
<br />Hundredths (4,122.07) feet to the point of beginning
<br />and containing 221.36 acres, more or less, subject to
<br />the unpaid balance of a Real estate Mortgage to
<br />Prudential Insurance Company of America in the
<br />original amount of $200,000.00, recorded March 12,
<br />1979 as Document No. 79- 001344 in the Register of
<br />Deeds office of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />the intention being to convey hereby an absolute title in
<br />fee simple, including all rights of homestead and dower.
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above real properties,
<br />with all appurtenances and improvements thereto belonging,
<br />unto the said mortgagee and its successors and assigns
<br />forever, provided always, and these presents are upon the
<br />express condition that if the said mortgagors, their heirs,
<br />devisees, personal representatives or assigns shall pay or
<br />cause to be paid to the said mortgagee, its successors or
<br />assigns, the principal sum of $161,000.00, payable with
<br />interest according to the tenor and effect of the
<br />mortgagors' written Promissory Note bearing even date with
<br />these presents, and shall pay all taxes and assessments
<br />
