<br />given by Meierside Farms, Inc., a Nebraska corporation, to the Plaintiff, The
<br />Federal Land Bank of Omaha, a corporation, and that said Mortgage was duly
<br />recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />on April 20, 1982, as Document No. 82- 002521.
<br />Plaintiff claims that. there is now due on said Note and Mortgage the
<br />sum of $386, 879.28, with interest accruing thereon at the rate of $158.51303
<br />per day from August 19, 1986, and for additional costs and other al�vances
<br />necessary to protect the real estate security during these proceedings and
<br />praying for the sale of the real estate above described and to satisfy . the
<br />aucunks found due lon its Mortgage, interest and costs.
