N <br />86-105101 <br />ASSIGNMENT OF PROMISSORY NOTE AND <br />BENEFICIAL INTEREST IN TRUST DEED <br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that for and in consideration <br />of the sum of THIRTY -ONE THOUSAND AND N01100 DOLLARS ($31,000.00), <br />MAXINE LIVINGSTON, single, hereinafter referred to as "Assignor "r <br />hereby assigns, transfers and sets over to CHARLES SHUFFIELD. and <br />KAREN SHUFFIELD, his wife, hereinafter referred to as "Assignee', <br />all of her right, title and interest in respect to a certain <br />Trust Deed dated the 21st day of November, 1980, made by <br />CLIFFORD H. EDWARDS and DELORES EDWARDS, husband and wife, as <br />Trustors, in favor of DENZEL R. BUSICK, Attorney at Law, as <br />Trustee, and MAXINE LIVINGSTON, as Beneficiary, and securing the <br />following- described property in Hail County, Nebraska: <br />The East Sixty Feet (60') of Lots Four (4) <br />and Five (5), in Block Forty -Three (43), in <br />Packer and Barr's Second Addition to the City <br />of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, and <br />the complement to Lot Four (4), being a tract <br />of land 8.9 feet wide and running along and <br />_ adjacent and contiguous to the South side of <br />the East Sixty (60) feet of Lot Four (4) <br />aforesaid and platted as part of Packer and <br />Barr's Annex, all located in the Southwest <br />Quarter (SW}) of the Southeast Quarter (SE}) <br />of Section Seventeen (17), Township Eleven <br />(11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th <br />P.M., Hall County, Nebraska; <br />which Trust Deed was recorded in the Real Estate Records of Hall <br />County, Nebraska, on the 21st day of November, 1980, as Document <br />No. 80- OOE790. Assignor further assigns, sets over and transfers <br />unto Assignee all of her right, title and interest in respect to <br />that certain Promissory Note dated the 13th day of January, 1981, <br />made by Clifford H. Edwards and Delores Edwards, husband and <br />wife, and payable to Maxine Livingston in the original principal <br />amount of Forty Thousand and No /100 Dollars ($40,000.00), and <br />hereby makes delivery of this Assignment and the original <br />instruments consisting of the Trust Deed and Promissory Note <br />herein identified. <br />Assignor shall notify the Trustors of this Assignment <br />consistent with the provisions of NEB. REV. STAT.
