BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA: SECTION 1. Water Main Connection District No_ 374T in the City, of Grand Island, Nebraska, is hereby created for the laying of -a six inch line in Highway No_ 2 from Idaho Avenue to North Road. SECTION 2. The boundaries of such water connection district shall be as follows: Beginning at a point can the East line of the North- east Quarter (.NE;) of Section Two (2) Township Eleven`. (11) North, Rangee Ten (10) West of the Sixth P -M. Grand Island. Hall County, Nebraska, said point being nine hundred twenty (920.0) feet North of the South- east corner of said Northeast Quarter (NEa) of Section Two (2); theatre West, parallel to the South line of said Northeast Quarter (NEt) of Section Two (2) a distance of one hundred fifty (150.0) feet; thence North, parallel to the 'Fast lime of said Northeast Quarter (NEk) of Section Two (2). a distance of one hundred twenty (120_0) feet; thence deflecting left 73 degrees 19' and running northwesterly parallel to and one hundred fifty (150.0) feet from the southerly right - of-way line of State Highway No. 2 to the East line of Ross -Theasmeyer Subdivision; ,thence North along the . East line of said Ross- Thessmeyer Subdivision and its extension, a distance of two hundred sixty -one (261_0) feet to the northerly right- of -way line of State High- way No. 2; thence southeasterly airing the northerly right- of-way line of State Highway No. 2 to the East line of said Northeast Quarter (NE.) of Section Two (2); thence South along the East line of said Northeast Quarter (NEh) of Section Two (2) a distance of three hundred thirty -six (336_0) feet, to the point of - -- - - - beginnlnq, --ail as shown --0.-, .. the plat marked Exhibit -A- attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
