10508 <br />RELEASE OF PART OF MORTGAGED PROPERTY <br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that EQUITABLE BUILDING & <br />LOAN ASSOCIATION of Grand Island,- Nebraska, for valuable <br />consideration to it, in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby, <br />acknowledged, does hereby release the following described real" <br />estate, situate in vacated, Poplar Street between Eighth Street <br />and the east /west alley in Blocks .2 and 3, Voitle's Addition to', <br />the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, more particularly described <br />as follows: <br />Beginning at a point on the North.line of Ei -ghth Street, <br />said point being sixteen (35) feet West of the Southwest <br />corner of ''Lot 5, Block 2, Yo.itle's Addition; thence con- <br />tinuing westerly.on the North line of said Eighth Street for <br />a distance of six (6) feet; thence: North on a line twenty <br />two,(22) feet.
