<br />ASSIGNMENT OF LEASE
<br />NORWEST BANK NEBRASKA, N.A., as Trustee of the Lawrence
<br />W. Hake Irrevocable Trust; and NOR-WEST BANK NEBRASKA, N.A., as
<br />Mortgagee of the Note and Mortgage described as follows, Assignors;
<br />Note dated August 1, 1980, in the original amount
<br />of $$00,000.00, and wherein Lawrence W. Hake, S.
<br />-Joyce Hake, and Urological Associates of Grand
<br />Island, P.C., were the Makers; and
<br />Mortgage given by Lawrence W. Hake and S. Joyce
<br />Hake, husband and wife, to the First National Bank
<br />of Grand island, NE, under date of August 1, 1480,
<br />and recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds
<br />of Hall County, Nebraska, as Document No. 80- 004028,
<br />against Lot One ,l;, medical Park Fourth Subdivision,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, and which Mortgage was given
<br />as additional security to assure payment of said
<br />Promissory Neste.
<br />hereby assign to BANK OF WOOD RIVER, a Nebraska banking cor-
<br />poration of Wood River, Nebraska, Assignee, the following:
<br />1. ?cease Agreement dated June 1, 1980, wherein
<br />Lawrence W. Hake, M.D., is the Lessor, and
<br />L'rological Associates of Grand Island, P.C.,
<br />is the Lessee;
<br />2. Assignment of Lease Agreement dated July 21,
<br />1980, wherein Laurence W_ Hake, M.D., assigned
<br />to First National Bank of Grand island, Trustee
<br />of the Lawrence W_ Hake irrevocable Trust, the
<br />Lease Agreement dated June 1, 1980; and
<br />3. Document entitled Lead Agreement -- Extension
<br />of Terms, and dated -May 30, 1986,,wherein
<br />Norkest Bank Nebraska, -N.A., as Trustee of
<br />said Lawrence W_ Hake Irrevocable Trust,
<br />agreed to a change in rental with the Lessee,
<br />Urological Associates of.Grand Island, P.C.
<br />Copies of said Lease Agreement of June 1, 1980, Assign-
<br />ment of Lease Agreement dated July 21, 1980, and Lease Agreement
<br />-- Extension of Terms dated May 30, 1986, all referred to above,
<br />are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
<br />Assignors represent that said Lease Agreezz is in full
<br />force and effect, that they have the right to assign the same
<br />to Assignee, and that all obligations of the Lease, including
<br />rental payments, 'nave been met and are current, and Lessee is
<br />in no way delinquent nor in default.
