Blackburn, being first duly sworn upon oath, <br />states that he is the Trustee under the Deed of Trust wherein <br />Five Points Bank is Beneficiary, which Deed of Trust was recorded <br />in the Office of the Register of Heeds of Hall county, Nebraska: <br />on October 7, 1985, as Document #85- 004917; and that on <br />August 28 , 1986, he mailed a copy of the Notice of Default <br />with the recording date shown thereon (Document #86- 104773) to <br />the following parties at the following addresses by certified <br />mail, return receipt requested, postage prepaid: <br />Richard K. Eberi Delores A. Eberl <br />Rural Route 3 Box 33 Rural Route 3 Box 33 <br />Grand island, NE 68801 Grand island, NE 68801. <br />Affiant further states that each communication was properly <br />stamped with sufficient postage and deposited in the post office <br />or some subdivision of the postal department where mail may pro- <br />perly and legally be deposited for collection and transmission. <br />A €fiant further states that after diligent investigation <br />and inquiry, he was unable to ascertain and does not know the <br />post office address of.any other party appearing to have a direct <br />legal .interest in said Deed of Trust other than those to whom <br />notice has been mailed in writing. <br />William G.
