<br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
<br />You are hereby notified that on August �-1 1986, The
<br />Equitable Building and Loan Association of Grand Island, Nebraska,
<br />Plaintiff, filed its Petition in the District Court of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, against Delbert. D. Theasmeyer and Lois A. Theasmeyer,
<br />husband and wife; and The Overland National Bank of Grand Island,
<br />a Corporation, Defendants, the object. and prayer of which is to
<br />foreclose a real estate mortgage on the following - described real
<br />estate in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />Lot Two (2), Western Heights Fifth Subdi-
<br />vision, Hall County, Nebraska, at the
<br />address commonly known as 9228. West 13th
<br />Street, Grand Island, Nebraska,
<br />given by Defendants Delbert D. Theasmeyer and Lois A. Theasmeyer,
<br />husband and wife, on or about June 11, 19.81, to the above -named
<br />Plaintiff, and that said Mortgage was duly recorded in the Office
<br />of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on June 11,
<br />1981, as Document No. 81- 003056.
<br />Plaintiff claims that there is now due on said Bond
<br />and Mortgage the sum of $118,743.86, including interest com-
<br />puted to and including August 31, 1986, and with interest accru-
<br />ing at the rate of $33.25 per diem commencing September 1, 1986,
<br />and for additional costs and other advances necessary to pro-
<br />tect the real estate security during these proceedings, and
<br />praying for the sale of the real estate above described to sat-
<br />isfy the amounts found due on its Bond and Mortgage, interest,
<br />and costs.
