Acceleration; Remaedies, lender shall give notice to Borrower prior to scceleration following Borrower's <br />breach of any covenant or agremement in this Security Instrument (but not prior to acceleration under paragraphs 13 and 17 - <br />unless applicable law provides otherwise).
