86-104749 <br />NEBRASKA MORTGAGE <br />This MORTGAGE made this It day of �t(A (. a_ S T 1986, <br />between HASKINS FARM, LTD., Limited Partnership ("Mortgagor") <br />and William H. Haskins and Marlene S. Haskins ("Mortgagee"). <br />IN CONSIDERATION OF THREE HUNDRED SEVENTEEN THOUSAND <br />THREE HUNDRED SIXTY AND NO1lOO DOLLARS ($317,360.00) advanced by <br />Mortgagee to Mortgagor who acknowledges receipt of such sum <br />which. is evidenced by an Agreement for Sale of Partnership <br />Interest between William H. Haskins and Marlene S. Haskins, <br />SeLters, and Mark A. Haskins, Purchaser, dated December 31, <br />1985, which this mortgage secures, the Mortgagor jointly and <br />severally if more than one, hereby mortgages to the Mortgagee <br />the following described real property situated in the County of <br />Hsll, State of Nebraska, and described as follows: <br />The South Half �S�) of Section Nine (9), township Nine <br />(9), North, Range Nine i9l, West of the 6th P.M., in <br />Hall County, Nebraska, <br />together with all rents, easements, appurtenances, heredita- <br />ments, interests in adjoining roads, streets and alleys, improve- <br />ments and buildings of any kind situated thereon and all per- <br />sonal property that may integrally belong to or hereafter become <br />an integral part of such buildings and improvements, all crops <br />raised thereon and all water rights benefiting or appurtenant to <br />such real property 4 collectivelv "the Property"!. <br />Mortgagor cov .with ith Mortgagee and its successors <br />in interest that ii' ' Mortgagor holds title to the Property in <br />fee simple and 'has lawful authority to mortgage the same, iii) <br />the Property is free of Liens and encumbrances except as stated <br />above, and =iiil, Mortgagor till defend the Property against the <br />lawful, claims of any person or entity. <br />1.
