<br />DURABLE POWER OF ATTORNEY
<br />RNt1W ALL MEN BY THE *E PRESENTS, that I; Evelyn Elizabeth Holling, now
<br />residing at , Nebraska, do hereby nominate, constitute and
<br />appoint Carol A. Sell my tr, and lawful attorney in fact. In the event she is
<br />unable to serve, I appoint David A. Sell as alternate attorney in fact for me
<br />and in my name, place and stead and for my use and benefit. My attorney in fact
<br />is authorized to do any and all of the following:
<br />1. To Receive Debts and Payments. To demand, sue for, collect and
<br />receive all such sums of money, debts, accounts, interest, dividends, annuities,
<br />employee benefits, insurance benefits and demands whatsoever as are now or shall
<br />hereafter become due, owing, payable or belonging to me; to have, use and take
<br />all lawful gays and means in my name or otherwise for the recovery thereof; to
<br />compromise and agree for the same; and to give discharges and releases therefor.
<br />The power granted herein shall include the power to redeem, cash, sell or
<br />otherwise transfer United States Treasury securities including, but not limited
<br />to, savings bonds
<br />2. To Deal With Progeny. To make, execute and deliver, to contract,
<br />agree for, purchase, receive and take real and personal property or any interest
<br />in such property; accept the possession of real and personal property or any
<br />interest therein, and all deeds and other instruments in .connection therewith;
<br />to lease, sell, release, convey and mortgage real and personal property and any
<br />interest therein upon such terms and conditions and under such covenants as my
<br />attorney in fact deems appropriate, irrespective of the state in which such
<br />property is located.
<br />3. To Conduct Business. To agreefor, buy, sell, mortgage and in any
<br />way and manner deal in and with goods, wares and merchandise, eboses in action
<br />and other property, and to make, do and transact all and every kind of business
<br />of whatever nature and kind.
<br />L. To Execute Instruments. To sign., execute, deliver and acknowledge
<br />such deeds, leases, mortgages, hypothecations. bills. bonds, notes, receipts,
<br />evidence of debt, releases and satisfaction of mortgage, judgments and other
<br />debts and such other Instruments in writing of every kind and nature as may be
<br />necessary or proper as determined by my attorney in fact.
<br />5. To Deal With Bank- Accounts and Deposit Boxes. To make withdrawals
<br />from or deposits to any bank account or savings and loan account or other
<br />account in my name; and to enter and have free access to any safe deposit box in
<br />lay name for the purpose of adding items thereto or removing items therefrom.
<br />6. General Authority. To do and perform every act necessary,
<br />requisite or proper to be done as fully as I might or could do if personally
<br />present, with full power of substitution and revocation. 1. hereby ratify and
<br />confirm all that my said attorney shall lawfully do or cause to be done in
<br />accordance with this power.
