<br />You are hereby notified that on August p�, 1986, The
<br />Equitable Building and Loan Association of Grand Island, Nebraska,
<br />filed its Petition in the District Court of Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />against Roger W. Luft; Donna R. Luft; Sandra A. Hatcher Miller;
<br />State of Nebraska, Department of Revenue; Alvin P. Alms & Company,
<br />a partnership; Hoppe Lumber Company, a corporation; Collection
<br />Bureau of Grand Island, Inc., a corporation; Norwest Bank Nebraska,
<br />N.A., a corporation, formerly First. Savings Company of Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska; FirsTier Bank, N.A., a corporation, formerly
<br />Commercial Savings Company of Grand Island, Nebraska, Beneficiary,
<br />and John R. Brownell, Trustee; The United States of America, act-
<br />ing through The Department of the Treasury -- Internal Revenue
<br />Service; Luft Plumbing and Heating, Inc., a corporation, Defendants,
<br />the object and prayer of which is to foreclose a real estate
<br />mortgage on the following described real estate in Hall County,
<br />Nebraska:
<br />The Westerly Fifty -five (55) Feet of Lot One (1),
<br />in Block Eighteen (18), in Packer and Barr's
<br />Second Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska,
<br />given by Defendants Roger W. Luft and Donna R. Luft on or about
<br />May 24, 1978, to the above named Plaintiff, and that said Mortgage
<br />was duly recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, on May 25, 1978, as Document No. 78- 043207.
<br />Plaintiff claims that there is now due on said Bond and
<br />mortgage the sum of $10,652.26, including interest computed to
<br />and including July 31, 1986, and with interest accruing at the
<br />rate of $2.66 per diem commencing August 1, 1986, and for addi-
<br />tional costs and other advances necessary to protect the real
<br />estate security during these proceedings, and praying for the
<br />sale of the real estate above described to satisfy the amounts
<br />found due on its Bond and mortgage, interest and costs.
