STATE OF NEBRASKA ) <br />86-�- 104865 <br />g&: A F F I D A V IT <br />COUNTY OF HALL ) <br />GLENROSE LEMBURG, being first duly sworn on her oath, <br />deposes and says that she is the widow of Carl Lemburg who <br />died on August 9, 1986, while temporarily in Des Moines, Iowa, <br />a resident of loll South Locust Street, Grand Island, Hall <br />County, Nebraska. <br />That the Decedent left a Last Will and Testament in <br />which this Affiant is the sole beneficiary; that substantially <br />all of the assets of the Decedent were owned by him in joint <br />tenancy with this Affiant, including the following -described <br />real estate: <br />The West Half of the North Half (W�Nk) of Lot <br />Two (2) of Vantine`s Subdivision, iodated on <br />part of the Northwest Quarter (NW)x) of Section <br />Twenty -Two (22), Township Eleven (11) North, <br />Range Nine (9), West of the 6th P.M., in Grand <br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />The Decedent left him surviving as his sole heirs -at- <br />law this Affiant, his surviving spouse, and Emma Lemburg of <br />Dannebrog, Nebraska, his mother. <br />No proceedings for probate of the will of the Decedent <br />or administration of his estate is required), and none is contem- <br />plated. The total gross value of the assets of the Decedent's <br />estate for Federal Estate Tax purposes does not equal nor exceed <br />$500,000.
