85 104384 <br />SUBDIVISION AGREEMENT <br />BAKER ACRES SUBDIVISION <br />Hall Countv. Nebraska <br />The undersigned, Charles R. Frith and Bessie E. Frith, <br />husband and wife, hereinafter called the Subdividers, as owners <br />of a tract of land comprising all of Lot One (1), Lake Davis <br />Acres Fourth Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska, and a tract of <br />land comprising a part of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast <br />Quarter (SENEa) of Section Twenty -four (24), Township Eleven <br />(11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., in Hall County, <br />Nebraska, said tract more particularly described as follows: <br />Beginning at the Northwest corner of said Lot One (1), <br />Lake Davis Acres Fourth Subdivision; thence southerly <br />along the West line of said Lot One (1) a distance of <br />two hundred (200.0) feet to the Southwest corner of <br />said Lot One (1); thence deflecting right 89 degrees <br />45' 21" and running westerly a distance of two hundred <br />(200.0) feet; thence deflecting right 90 degrees 14' <br />39" and running northerly a distance of two hundred <br />eight and fifteen hundredths (208.15) feet to the South <br />line of Lot One (1), Lake Davis.Acres Second Sub- <br />division; thence easterly along the South line of said <br />Lot One (1) a distance of two hundred nineteen and <br />ninety -eight hundredths (219.98) feet to the East line <br />of Austin Avenue a distance of seven (7.0) feet to the <br />North line of said Lot One (1), Lake Davis Acres Fourth <br />Subdivision; thence westerly along the North line of <br />said Lot One (1) a distance of twenty and five hun- <br />dredths (20.05) feet to the place of beginning, the <br />entire subdivision containing 1.415 acres, more or <br />less; <br />desire to have subdivided as a subdivision the above- described <br />tract of land which is located outside the corporate limits but <br />within two miles of the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, and <br />hereby submit to the City Council of such City for acceptance as <br />provided by law an accurate map and plat of such proposed <br />0 <br />U <br />
