FRANKE and GERTRUDE L. FRANKE, Husband and Wife, on the following described real estate, to -wit: A tract of land in the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (NW4NE4) of Section Twenty -Nine (29), in Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the Sixth P.M., more particularly described as follows; Beginning at a Point 33.0 Feet West and 601.0 Feet South of the Northeast corner of such Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (NW4NE4); thence running Westerly and parallel to the North line of such Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (NWk,,NE4), a distance of 150.0 feet; thence Northerly and parallel to the East boundary of such Section a distance of 90.0 feet; thence Easterly and parallel to the North boundary of such Section a distance of 150.0 feet; thence Southerly and parallel to the East line of such Section a distance of 90.0 feet, to the point of beginning, All in Hall County, State of Nebraska, which is entered as Document No. 81- 002834, and the assignment thereof entered as Document No. 85- 005885 of the records of Hall County, State of Nebraska.
