CO., <br />a Nebraska corporation, the following described real estate <br />situated in Hall County, Nebraska: <br />Lots Twenty -six (26) and Twenty -seven (27) <br />in Wildwood Subdivision to Hall County, <br />Nebraska, a part of the Northeast Quarter <br />(NE;) of Section Twelve (12), Township <br />Ten (10) North, Range Ten (10), West of <br />the 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska, <br />measuring 200 feet by 400 feet and with <br />all appurtenances located thereon. <br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises above described, <br />together with all the tenements, hereditaments and appur- <br />tenances thereunto belonging, unto the said Grantee and to <br />Grantee's successors and assigns forever.
