<br />TRUSTEE'S DEED
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />THAT WHEREAS on the 24th day of May, 1985, Christopher
<br />J. Redmond was appointed as Trustee of the bankruptcy
<br />estate of Robert Fredrick Carlgren and Phyllis Jean
<br />Carlgren, filed in the United States Bankruptcy Court for
<br />the District of Kansas, Case No. 85- 10874.
<br />WHEREAS the meeting of creditors pursuant to 11
<br />U.S.C. § 341(a) was called by the United States Trustee, and
<br />was held on June 27, 1985.
<br />WHEREAS on the 18th day of April, 1986, the said
<br />Christopher J. Redmond Trustee of the bankruptcy estate of
<br />Robert Fredrick Carlgren and Phyllis Jean Carlgren, Debtor,
<br />gave notice of the intended sale of the following described
<br />real property:
<br />East Two - Thirds (E 2/3) of Lot 6, Block 65, in
<br />original town, now City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska;
<br />to FirsTier Bank, N.A. for the sum of Thirty -six Thousand
<br />Two Hundred Thirty -six and 48/00 Dollars ($36,236.48); and
<br />WHEREAS on the 28th day of May, 1986, at 2:00 p.m. no
<br />other bidders appearing, the Trustee sold to FirsTier
<br />Bank, N.A. the real property above described for the sum of
<br />$36,236.48 in cash and conveyed all interest of the Trustee
<br />in and to said real property and all personal property
<br />located thereon;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, I, Christopher J. Redmond, Trustee of
<br />the bankruptcy estate of Robert Fredrick Carlgren and
<br />Phyllis Jean Carlgren, Debtor, filed in the United States
<br />Bankruptcy Court, for the District of Kansas, Case No.
<br />85- 10874, in consideration of the sum of $36,236.48, receipt
<br />of which is hereby acknowledged, do hereby grant, bargain,
<br />sell and convey unto FirsTier Bank, N.A., its successors
<br />and assigns, all the Debtors' right, title and interest in
<br />and to the following described real property situated in the
<br />County of Cloud, State of Kansas, to -wit:
<br />East Two - Thirds (E 2/3) of Lot 6, Block 65, in
<br />original town, now City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska;
