86- 104224 <br />ACKNOWLEDGEMENT <br />We, Wendell M. Doonan and Mary Jane Doonan, husband and <br />wife, trustor under that certain Deed of Trust dated July <br />a 1986 wherein Larry R. Forman is Trustee and Associates <br />Commercial Corporation is beneficiary, covering the following <br />described property: <br />See Exhibit "A" Attached Hereto <br />hereby acknowledge that it is understood that (a) the Deed of <br />Trust to be executed by Trustor is a trust deed and not a <br />mortgage and (b) the power of sale provided for in the Deed of <br />Trust and other provisions contained therein provides substan- <br />tially different rights to the trustee and beneficiary and impose <br />substantially different obligations on the trustor than a mort- <br />gage in the event of a default or breach of obligation. <br />Trustor acknowledges that this acknowledgement was made <br />prior to execution of the said Deed of Trust. <br />Executed and delivered this day of July, 1986. <br />WENDELL M.
