Forman is Trustee <br />and Associates Commercial Corporation is beneficiary, covering <br />the following described property: <br />See Exhibit "A" Attached Hereto <br />hereby acknowledge that it is understood that (a) the Deed of <br />Trust to be executed by Trustor is a trust deed and not a <br />mortgage and (b) the power of sale provided for in the Deed of <br />Trust and other provisions contained therein provides substan- <br />tially different rights to the trustee and beneficiary and impose <br />substantially different obligations on the trustor than a mort- <br />gage in the event of a default or breach of obligation. <br />The undersigned further acknowledge that they executed this <br />acknowledgement for and on behalf of trustor prior to the ex- <br />ecution by them of the said Deed of Trust. <br />Executed and delivered this , YZ day of July, 1986. <br />WENDELL M.
