<br />TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of
<br />Trust executed by DELMAR L. and MONA A. GARRELTS, Husband and
<br />Wife, and JOHN J. and DOLORIS N. McGOWAN, Husband and Wife, to
<br />Arend Baack, Trustee, for the benefit of THE OVERLAND NATIONAL
<br />BANK OF GRAND ISLAND, the beneficiary named therein, dated June
<br />1, 1984, and recorded June 15, 1984, in the Office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument Number
<br />84- 003160, has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in
<br />writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in
<br />accordance with the request of the beneficiary named therein, the
<br />undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto
<br />all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through
<br />said Trust Deed in the following- described premises, but only as
<br />to such premises;
<br />Lot One (1), Island Acres Number Eleven. (11),
<br />in the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, comprising all of Lot One (1),
<br />Island Acres Number Six (6), a Replat of Lots
<br />Nineteen (19) and Twenty (20), Island Acres,
<br />City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />except that part described as follows:
<br />Beginning at the Southeast corner of Lot One
<br />(1), Island Acres Number Eleven (11); thence
<br />westerly 32 feet along and upon the South
<br />line of Lot One (1), Island Acres Number
<br />Eleven (11); thence northerly parallel to the
<br />East line of Lot One (1), Island Acres Number
<br />Eleven (11), a distance of 152.03 feet;
<br />thence easterly parallel to the South line of
<br />Lot One (1), Island Acres Number Eleven (11),
<br />a distance of 32 feet, thence southerly along
<br />and upon the East line of Lot One (1), Island
<br />Acres Number Eleven (11), a distance of
<br />152.03 feet, to the point of beginning;
<br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and
<br />appurtenances belonging to such premises.
