WITNESSETH the first party by virtue of his authority under Section 363(b) of the Bankruptcy Code and in consideration of the sum of $29,000.00 paid by the second party, all pursuant to the Trustee's Notice of Intended Sale of Real Property Free and Clear of Liens and Encumbrances filed Februrary 13, 1986 in the United States Bankruptcy Court and pursuant to the Court's order of July 21, 1986 authorizing said sale, does by these presents grant, bargain, sell and convey unto the said second party, and assigns, all his interest in the following described real estate situated in the County of Hall, State of Nebraska to wit: Lot 5, Block 11, Village of Doniphan, Hall County, Nebraska together with the appurtenances and all the estate which the said Claude and Thelma Warren had at the time of filing of bankruptcy in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Kansas in sail premises, being all the estate therein which the first party has power to convey or dispose of as Trustee in bankruptcy of Claude and Thelma Warren, debtors.
