CERNY, ) _U_E_C_R_E_E_
(CO -315)
Respondent. )
X
BE IT REMEMBERED that on this y day of,
1976, this .matter came on for hearing before the Court; the
Petitioner was present in Court and represented by her attorney,
John A. Wolf; the Respondent was not present in Court and was not
represented by an attorney; however, the Court finds that he
was properly served by publication; evidence was taken and the
cause submitted and the Court being fully advised in the premises
makes the following findings:
1. That at least one of the parties is and has been a resi-
dent of Nebraska for at least one year prior to the filing of
the Petition herein.
2. That the Court has jurisdiction of both parties and of
the subject matter of this action.
3. That neither party is a member of the Armed forces of
the United States.
4. That the Court has determined from the evidence that
every reasonable effort to effect reconciliation has been made,
without success, and that the marriage of Petitioner and Respondent
is irretrievably broken. That since conciliation efforts have
failed, the balance of the six month waiting period prior to
dissolution of :na<<iage is waived.
!T ZS, 1Hf ,RE'ORU, ORDERED BY THE COURT as .follows:
__J
