86- 104156 <br />10. That the Mortgagor will k the buildings upon s+id premises in good repair. `neither commit nor permit wastc <br />upon said land. nor suffer the said premises to he used for any unlawful purpose. <br />11. That if the premises. or an% part thereof, he condemned under the power of eminent domain, or acquired for a public <br />use, the damages awarded. the proceeds for the taking of. or the consideration for such acquisition, to the extent of the full <br />amount of indebtednes upon this mortgage and the note which it is given to secure remaining unpaid, are hereby assigned by the <br />Mortgagor to the Mortgagee, and shall be paid forthwith to said Mortgagee to he applied by the latter on account of the next <br />maturing installments of such indebtedness. <br />12. The Mortgagor further agrees that should this mortgage and the note secured hereby not be eligible for in- <br />surance under the National Housing Act within 60 days from the date hereof (written statement of any officer <br />of the Department of Housing and Urban Development or authorized agent of the Secretary of Housing and Urban <br />Development dated subsequent to the 60 days time from the date of this mortgage, declining to insure said <br />rune and this mortgage, being deemed conclusive proof of such ineligibility), the Mortgagee or holder of the note <br />may. at its option, declare all sums recurred hereby immediately due and payable. +* See Belay <br />13.
