86 104135 <br />DEED OF PARTIAL RECONVEYANCE <br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, John A. Wolf, as trustee <br />under the trust deed dated May 1, 1985, executed by Ronald C. <br />Krauss and Vada Krauss, husband and wife, as trustors and <br />borrowers, in which West Third Development Corporation, Inc. is <br />named as beneficiary, and the undersigned as trustee, and recorded <br />May 12, 1986 . as Document No. 86- 102404 in the office of the Register <br />of Deeds of Hall County, State of Nebraska, has received from the <br />beneficiary thereunder, a request to reconvey a part thereof, <br />reciting that sufficient sums secured by such trust deed have been <br />pa id; <br />NOW 'THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and <br />the provisions of such trust deed, the undersigned, as trustee, <br />does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons <br />legally entitled thereto the following held by him thereunder: <br />Plat of a tract of land comprising a part of the East Half <br />of the Southeast Quarter (E-i SE4) of Section Three (3), <br />Township Nine (9) North, Range 'Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M. <br />in Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described as <br />follows: <br />Beginning at a point on the east line of said Section Three <br />(3), said point being 'Thirty Three and Eighteen Hundredths <br />(33.18) feet south of the southeast corner of the Northeast <br />Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (NE-41 SE4); thence northerly <br />along the east line of said Section Three (3), a distance of <br />Six Hundred Eighty One and Thirty Nine Hundredths (681.39) <br />feet; thence westerly parallel to the south line of said <br />Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (NE-41 SE4), a <br />distance of One "Thousand Three Hundred Nine and Three <br />Hundredths (1,309.03) feet to the west line of said Ez SE4, <br />thence southerly along the west line of said EZ SE4, a <br />distance of Six Hundred Eighty One and Thirty Nine <br />Hundredths (681.39) feet; thence easterly along a line Thirty <br />Three and Eighteen hundredths (33.18) feet south of and <br />parallel to the south line of said NE4 SE4, a distance of One <br />Thousand Three Hundred Twelve and Eighty Eight Hundredths <br />(1,312.88) feet to the place of beginning and containing 20.500 <br />acres more or less. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this <br />deed of partial reconveyance at Grand Island, Nebraska on July <br />/ &, 1986. <br />John �a,. olfl rustce - <br />i, <br />...._J <br />
