MEYER, hereinafter called the Subdividers, as owners of a tract of land located in the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (NEhNWa) of Section 23, Township 11 North, Range 10 West of the 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the Northeast corner of said Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter(NENW',); thence West along the North line of said Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (NE;NW,1 516.38 feet to the point of beginning; thence S 00 degrees 39' 00" E, 377.18 feet to a point; thence S 89 degrees 38' 00" W, 211.82 feet to a point; thence S 02 degrees 59' 00" W, 15.00 feet to a point; thence S 89 degrees 38' 00" W, 67.30 feet to a point; thence N 02 degrees 59' 00" E, 394.45 feet to a point on the North line of said Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (NE4NW;); thence East along the North line of said Northeast Quarter of the North- west Quarter (NE',NW`,1, 255.10 feet to the point of beginning, said parcel containing 2.342 acres, more or less, including 0.234 acres of 40 foot road right -of- way along the North side thereof; desire to have subdivided as a subdivision the above - described tract of land which is located within the corporate limits of the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, and hereby submit to the City Council of such City for acceptance as provided by law an accurate map and plat of such proposed subdivision, to be known as MEYER'S SUBDIVISION, designating explicitly the land to be laid out and particularly describing the lots, easements, and streets belonging to such subdivision, with lots designated by u L _ �
