MEYER, <br />hereinafter called the Subdividers, as owners of a tract of land <br />located in the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter <br />(NEhNWa) of Section 23, Township 11 North, Range 10 West of the <br />6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described <br />as follows: <br />Commencing at the Northeast corner of said Northeast <br />Quarter of the Northwest Quarter(NENW',); thence West <br />along the North line of said Northeast Quarter of the <br />Northwest Quarter (NE;NW,1 516.38 feet to the point of <br />beginning; thence S 00 degrees 39' 00" E, 377.18 feet <br />to a point; thence S 89 degrees 38' 00" W, 211.82 feet <br />to a point; thence S 02 degrees 59' 00" W, 15.00 feet <br />to a point; thence S 89 degrees 38' 00" W, 67.30 feet <br />to a point; thence N 02 degrees 59' 00" E, 394.45 feet <br />to a point on the North line of said Northeast Quarter <br />of the Northwest Quarter (NE4NW;); thence East along <br />the North line of said Northeast Quarter of the North- <br />west Quarter (NE',NW`,1, 255.10 feet to the point of <br />beginning, said parcel containing 2.342 acres, more or <br />less, including 0.234 acres of 40 foot road right -of- <br />way along the North side thereof; <br />desire to have subdivided as a subdivision the above - described <br />tract of land which is located within the corporate limits of <br />the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, and hereby submit to the <br />City Council of such City for acceptance as provided by law an <br />accurate map and plat of such proposed subdivision, to be known <br />as MEYER'S SUBDIVISION, designating explicitly the land to be <br />laid out and particularly describing the lots, easements, and <br />streets belonging to such subdivision, with lots designated by <br />u <br />L _ � <br />
