CORPORATION WARRANTY DEED <br />86--- 104101 <br />Norwest Bank Nebraska, N.A., GRANTOR, in consideration of Eleven <br />Thousand Dollars ($11.,000.00) received from Grantee, Larry Krance, conveys <br />to Grantee, the following described real estate (as defined in Neb.
