f. <br />SPECIAL WARRANTY DEED 86- 104063 <br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: THAT we, ARTHUR M. CAMPOS AND HELEN <br />L. CAMPOS, husband and wife, of the county of Hall, State of Nebraska, <br />have agreed to give up and surrender the lands hereinafter described <br />in lieu of a foreclosure, as security for the amount of money remaining <br />unpaid on said mortgage, do'hereby sell and convey unto ADMINISTRATOR <br />OF VETERAN'S AFFAIRS OF WASHINGTON, D.C., his successors and assigns, <br />for and in consideration of the sum of Twenty-nine Thousand Five <br />Hundred Sixty-one and 36/100 Dollars ($29,561.36), and other valuable <br />consideration, the following described premises, to-wit: <br />The Easterly Fifty and Eight Tenths (E50.8) feet <br />of Lot Two (2), Block Fifteen (15), Schimmer's. <br />Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall <br />County, Nebraska. <br />together with all appurtenances thereunto belonging, free and clear of <br />all encumbrances except a first mortgage in favor of First Federal <br />Savings and Loan Association of Lincoln, Lincoln, Nebraska, in the <br />principal sum of Thirty -one Thousand and No/100 Dollars ($31,000.00), <br />dated November 2, 1979 and filed for record December 5, 1979, in <br />Document No. 79-007946, of the Mortgage Records of Hall County, Nebraska, <br />and easements and restrictions of record, and do covenant to warrant <br />and defend the said premises against any act of said grantors or any <br />other person claiming through or under it. The grantee hereby releases <br />and discharges any and all liens and claims under and by virtue of the <br />mortgage aforesaid for a deficiency judgment. The grantors further <br />covenant that this conveyance is and does constitute an absolute <br />conveyance of title to the premises to the grantee herein in effect as <br />well as form, and is not intended as a mortgage, trust conveyance, or <br />as security of any kind and that possession of the premises is delivered <br />concurrently herewith.
