86- 103968 <br />NOTICE OF LIS PENDENS <br />NOTICE is hereby given that 'a Petition has been filed in the <br />District Court of Hall County, Nebraska, wherein Universal Mortgage <br />Corporation of Wisconsin, is Plaintiff, and Steven L. Davison and <br />Katherine K. Davison, husband and wife, et al., are Defendants, <br />the object and prayer of which is to obtain an accounting from the <br />Defendants, Steven L. Davison and Katherine K. Davison, husband <br />and wife, of the amount due the Plaintiff on a certain mortgage <br />executed by Steven L. Davison and Katherine K. Davison to First <br />Federal Savings and Loan Association of Lincoln, dated November <br />24, 1982 and filed in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall <br />County, Nebraska, as Document No. 82-005094 of the Real Estate Records <br />of said County, on December 1, 1982, and assigned to Universal Mortgage <br />Corporation of Wisconsin, on December 2, 1982, and filed in the <br />office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Document <br />No. 82-005225 of the Real Estate Mortgage Records of said county <br />on December 10, 1982, wherein Steven L. Davison and Katherine K. <br />Davison mortgaged and conveyed to Plaintiff, the following described <br />real estate in Hall County, Nebraska: <br />Lot Five (5), Block Three (3), Pleasant View Seventh <br />Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County <br />Nebraska <br />to obtain a foreclosure of the mortgage and to have the same de- <br />clared a lien on the interest of Steven L. Davison and Katherine <br />K.
