86- 103928 <br />occupancy of any of the property conveyed. <br />3. Grantee shall not sell, assign, contract to sell, <br />or in any manner convey the premises or any interest therein <br />without the prior written approval of the Director of the <br />Community Development Agency. Any successor in interest of <br />Grantee shall be bound by the provisions of this deed. <br />4. Neither the Grantee nor any successor in interest <br />to the Premises shall engage in any financing or any other <br />transaction creating any mortgage or other encumbrance or <br />lien upon the Premises, whether by express agreement or <br />operation of law, or suffer any encumbrance or lien to be <br />made on or attached to the Premises, except for the purpose <br />only of obtaining: <br />A. Funds only to the extent necessary for purchasing <br />the Premises; or <br />B. Such additional funds, if any, in an amount not <br />to exceed the purchase price paid by the Grantee. <' <br />5. Grantee shall not protest the creation of any <br />improvement districts, including but not limited to paving, <br />sanitary sewer, water main, storm water drainage, or sidewalks, <br />which may be created in or adjacent to the Premises for which the <br />Premises may be subject to the levy of special assessments. The <br />foregoing prohibition shall not prohibit_ the Grantee from <br />objecting to the amount Of any such special assessment which may <br />be levied against the Premises. <br />This deed shall convey to Grantee an estate in fee simple <br />determinable, and in the avent of breach, the possibility of <br />2 <br />
