Patterson, as joint tenants and not as tenants in <br />common with right of survivorship, the following described <br />property: <br />The Westerly Forty -nine (49) feet of Fractional <br />Lot Four (4), in Fractional Block Twenty -one <br />(21), in Fairview Park Addition and its complement, <br />to -wiz: All of Fractional Lot Four (4) in Fraction- <br />al Block Six (6), in Wallich's Addition, both <br />being additions to the City of Grand Island, <br />Nebraska, <br />subject to easements and restrictions of record, together <br />with all the estate, right, title, interest, claim or <br />demand whatsoever of said Deceased of, in and to the <br />same or any part thereof. <br />To have and to hold the above described real property <br />and all tenements, heiditaments and appurtenances thereto <br />belonging unto the Grantees and to Grantees' heirs and <br />assigns forever, and Grantor does hereby covenant that <br />the real property herein described is free and clear <br />of any lien or encumbrance caused by any claim for taxes <br />levied against. the Estate of Agnes T.
