<br />Three (3) poles placed along the centerline of the Electric Transmission Line located over, under, upon, and
<br />across a portion of the SEk of the SEk except a parcel of land described in deed to Hall County for road
<br />purposes, said parcel of land is described as follows: Beginning at a point on the north county road
<br />right-of -way line which is located 33 ft, north and 572.4 ft. west of the southeast corner of said SEk of the
<br />SEk; thence easterly on said right-of -way line to the intersection of of the west county road right-of -way line a
<br />distance of 539.4 ft.; thence northerly on said west right-of -way line a distance of 539.4 ft.; thence
<br />southwesterly along and upon the arc of a circle whose radius is 540.; to the point of beginning. Located in
<br />Section 19, Township 10 North, Range 10 West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, the approximate centerline
<br />location of said Electric Transmission Line is described as follows: Entering the property on the northwest
<br />right- of-way line of said excepted parcel of land, 35 ft. west of the east line and 527 ft. north of the south
<br />line of said SEk of the SEk; thence northerly parallel with and 2 ft, west of the west right-of -way line of a
<br />road along the east line of said Section 19, to a point, 544 ft. north of the south line of said SEk of the SEk;
<br />thence northerly, at a deflection angle to the right, to a point 1 ft. west of the west right-of -way line of
<br />said road and 814 ft. north of the south line of said SEk of the SEk; thence northerly at a deflection angle to
<br />the left, parallel with and 1 ft. west of the west right -of -way line of said road, leaving the property on the
<br />north line of said SEk of the SEk.
