<br />by the actual location of the electric transmission tine as originally constructed on said premtses. The approximate location and mute of the subje ittransmiesion
<br />line is described as follows:
<br />Eight (8) poles placed along the centerline of Electric Transmission Line located over,
<br />under, upon, and across a portion of the NE} of the SE} and a portion of the SE} of the
<br />NEI except the north 245 ft, thereof, in Section 19, Township 10 North, Range 10 West of
<br />the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, the approximate centerline location of said Electric
<br />Transmission Line is described as follows: Entering the property on the south line of
<br />said NE} of the SE} 1 ft. west of the west right -of -way line of a road along the east line
<br />of said Section 19; thence northerly, parallel with and 1 ft. west of the west
<br />right -of -way line of said road, leaving the property on the north line 245 ft, south of
<br />the north line of said SF.} of the NEI.
