Thecenterline of the electric transmission litre, shall beestablidted by the actual location of the electric transmission line as originally constructed on said premises. The approximate location and muteof the subjeittransmission fine is described as follows: One (1) pole placed over, under, upon, and across a portion of the NW} of the NW} of Section 29, Township 10 North, Range 10 West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, said pole is to be located 1 ft. south of the south right -of -way line of a road along the north line and 1 ft. east of the east right -of -way line of a road along the west line of said Section 29. Together with: One (1) anchor to be located 1 ft. south of the south right -of -way line of a road along the north line and 14 ft. east of the east right -of -way line of a road along the west line of said Section 29, One (1) anchor to be located I ft. south of the south right -of -way line of a road along the north line and 21 ft. east of the east right -of -way line of a road along the west line of said Section 29. The District shall, wherever reasonably possible, utilize public rfghoofway to survey, construct. maintain. inspect, remove. alter, relocate or reconstruct the District's electric transmission lines or tiny associated equipment. The district shall also have the right at imy time to trim or remove such trees and underti, aF as may ur any way endanger or in terfeze with the safe construction, operation, maintenance, alteration or reconstruction of its transmission lines and equipment vAea in connection therewith, mckuding but not limited to topping or removing any trees which in falling would come within fifteen ! 151 feet of the nearest electric line conductor. All refuse from such tree cutting or Looming shall be burned or removed by the District, and the District shall have the right to control by chernicals till —is. trees• and brush along, adjncent to and under the electric transmission line if said right of way is not being utilized for cultivated tamps. The District agrees to pay the Gramor or l.e•ssee, as their interests may appear, for any damage to personal property, fences, livestock, and to growing crops caused by the survev and original omntructon of .aid fine. Final payment shall be, made on or before 011 days after completion of the construction stated herein. The District agrees to take all reasonable steps to restore, as newly as possibl., m the condition it was in prior W construction, all land which is damaged as a result of said construction. The Grantor may cultivate• use- and en)ov the land along and adjacent to the el-tnc transmission line provided that such use shall not endanger or be a hazard to or interfere with the survey, construction, reconstruction, repair, maintenance. ins1s etion, opera lion, alteration, n•location and removal of the District's electric transmission lines. No buildings, structures, ha or straw stacks shad lie pi-nmtted underneath or unmediately adjacent to the electric transmission tine except by express written perm ssion from the District'.
