<br />One (1) pole placed along the centerline of the Electric Transmission Line located over,
<br />under, upon, and across a portion of a parcel of land located in the NE} of the NE}, said
<br />parcel of land is described as follows: Commencing at the northeast corner of said NE} of
<br />the NE}; thence running westerly on the north line of said NEI of the NF.} a distance of
<br />13 1/3 rods; thence running southerly i8 rods; thence running easterly 13 1/3 rods; thence
<br />running northerly 18 rods to the place of beginning. Located in Section 19, Township 10
<br />North, Range 10 West of the 6th F.M., Hall County, Nebraska, the approximate centerline
