<br />Nebraska Public Power District (hereinafter called "District"), its (their) lessees, successors and assigns, the permanent right, privilege, andeuementof right-
<br />of•way to construct, operate, maintain, inspect, repair, remove, alter. relocate and reconstruct its electric transmission lines, including all necessary poles,
<br />wires, guys and other equipment used in connection therewith, along a ratite described herein. The centerline of the electric transmission line, shall be established
<br />by the actual location of the electric transmission line as originaFly- constructed on said premises. The approximate fixation and mute ofthe subjeettransmission
<br />line is described as follows;
<br />Eighteen (18) poles and two (2) anchors placed along the centerline of an Electric
<br />Transmission Line located over, under, upon, and across a portion of the SE} of the SE}
<br />and a portion of government lot 7 on the main land and a portion of the NE} of the NEI, in
<br />Section 18, and across a portion of a parcel of land possessed by the grantor, to which
<br />the grantor does not have record title according to the records in the Register of Deeds
<br />Office, Hall County, said parcel of land is described as that part of the W} of -the SW}
<br />and that part of government lot 4 on the island located west of the west right —of —way line
<br />of a road near and along the west line of Section 17,, in Section 17 all in Township 10
<br />North, Range 10 West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, the approximate centerline
<br />location of said Electric Transmission Line is shown on the plats identified as
<br />Exhibit "A" and Exhibit "B" attached hereto and incorporated herein.
